The Australian manufacturer BeefEater BBQ offers its built-in gas grill in two versions, with a flat cover or with a double-walled cooking hood. The latter allows, for example, larger roasts to be cooked in a closed grill – with a heat protection function: the BeefEater registers whether the hood is open or closed and adjusts its output accordingly to prevent overheating.
